How do I cancel my subscription?
After logging in, go to the "Subscription Management" page to cancel your subscription. Your paid benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. For refunds, please contact support@pandada.ai.
What payment methods are supported?
We support credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) and other popular payment methods including Alipay and WeChat Pay.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What is the refund policy for annual plans?
Annual plans can receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds are prorated based on remaining months. Please contact support@pandada.ai for assistance.
