3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@pandada.ai.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Subtitle Master and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment and Subscription

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Waffo, our payment processing partner. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI Subtitle Master does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Subtitle Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Payment Processing
